Ingredients
4oz chicken breast
handful of mixed greens
1/4 cup chredded carrot
1/4 cup sliced red bell pepper
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
Dressing:
1 tbsp coconut aminos (substitute for soy sauce)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
Preparation
Season and cook the chicken breast
Cut into bite-size pieces
Toss together with vegetables
Top with dressing and mix thoroughly
