Ingredients
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tsp olive oil
4oz cooked shrimp
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 lime
serving of brown rice ( cauliflower rice that can either be made or bought)
Preparation
heat 1 tsp olive oil, sautee garlic and onion - cook until tender
add the shrimp, cilantro and lime (along with any other prferred seasonings)- cook for 2-3 mins until heated through
Serve over brown rice or cauliflower rice
