Green Creamy Soup

  • 1 onion

  • 1 bell pepper (preferably green)

  • 1 head of broccoli

  • 1 large handful of  spinach

  • 1 cup green lentils

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic Powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt

  • Pepper


  1. Dice the onion, pepper and broccoli.

  2. Sautee the vegetables in a pot with some water at the bottom until the onions are translucent

  3. Add the onion pwder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to teh vegetables along with teh spinach and lentoils

  4. Cover the vegetables with water and add another cup to help the lentils cook

  5. Once the lentils are soft, add the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
