Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries

Preparation

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  2. Add the mixed berries to the top of the mixture and gently stir in.

  3. Cover the container with a lid and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

  4. In the morning, give the mixture a stir and enjoy!

  5. If you prefer warm food for breakfast you can also pop it in the microwave for 30s-1min.
