Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh beet , chopped (I don't peel it)

  • 1/2 -inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)

  • 1/2 cup coconut or filtered water (more if you like your smoothie thinner)

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into pieces

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries


Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to blender

  2. Blend until smooth
