Ingredients
1 Whole-grain pita bread
1 Grilled Chicken breast
1/4 cup tomato
3 lettuce bibs
2 tbsp hummus
mixed vegetables - carrots, celery, bell pepper
low-fat veggie dip
Preparation
Season chicken breast as you desire (lemon juice, onion and garlic powder, paprika, black pepper)
Grill either in the oven or on an open grill
Slice the breast into pieces
Build pita and enjoy
