Ingredients
2 slices whole-grain bread
3 oz sliced turkey breast
1/4 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1 tbsp hummus
Mixed Vegetables - celery, carrots, and red bell pepper
Fat-free vegetable dip
Preparation
Toast bread
Spread hummus (if using) on one of the slices
Layer the turkey, avocado, spinach and cucmber on top of hummus
Serve with mixed vegetables and dip
