Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 10 mushrooms

  • Spinach

  • Avocado (optional)

  • Tortilla (1 large wrap or 2 mini wraps) or keto Flatbread or Lettuce/ Collard Green Wrap

  • Tofu, tempeh, black beans or chickpeas (you choose your protein)

  • Onion powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Italian seasoning

Preparation

  1. Sauté onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and spinach

  2. Once onions become translucent season with spices

  3. Warm beans and season with listed spices or cook tempeh or tofu that has been marinated in spices

  4. Build wrap and enjoy!
